What drives my approach is research first, design second. I'd rather spend time understanding how people actually work through interviews, usability testing, journey mapping than guess at what they need. That's led me to own UX strategy end-to-end on complex platforms: aligning design decisions to measurable business outcomes, defining KPIs to track whether changes actually worked, and building the wireframes and prototypes that engineering teams use as their source of truth.

Beyond the work itself, I care about raising the bar for the people around me, mentoring junior designers, giving direct feedback in reviews, and staying genuinely curious about new tools and approaches, including how AI fits responsibly into a modern design workflow.
